Leadership Echo: Prodigal 0: Introducing Leadership Echo

There’s no shortage of leadership advice out there. But at The Cross Echoes Ministries, we’re asking a deeper question:

What happens when leadership begins at the cross and empty tomb?

Leadership Echo is a new Christ-centered series exploring what it means to lead while remaining anchored in biblical truth and shaped by the authority of Christ. Every other week, we’ll share a short reflection grounded in real leadership challenges. Each lesson draws from characters in the Bible, some familiar, others easily overlooked, to uncover timeless truths about humility, courage, grace, and leadership that submits before it leads.

These lessons won’t follow trends.
They won’t center ego or strategy.
They will center Jesus and the servant-hearted leadership He modeled.

We begin this journey with a familiar parable but through unexpected voices.
A father. A prodigal son. A brother. Even a pig farmer.
Each one will teach us something about the kind of leadership that echoes Christ.

Because every leader must first be led.
